Referee Responsibilities

• Please carefully review the FIELD CLOSURE POLICIES & LINES section information.

• It is the game official’s (C/R & A/R) responsibility to check the weather conditions before leaving for the scheduled game. Your game could be canceled on short notice due to weather-related events such as rain, lightning, and smoke.

• You will not be paid for the game if the game is canceled due to a weather-related event at least 1 hour before the game time, and it is your responsibility to check the weather conditions before leaving for the game.

• On-field cancellation is full payment of the game.

• If you will be officiating a U9 – U19 game, please print a copy of the Referee Misconduct Report below to take to your game(s). If you have to complete this form, please send it to admin@setigers.ca before 11 am the next day.
